I was so thrilled to hear that Northallerton Acupuncture Clinic was recently recognised with the ‘WhatClinic Patient Service Award 2023’, with an award score of ‘9.9 : Outstanding‘.  This is their annual award based on patient ratings and reviews performance, from the worldwide healthcare search engine: WhatClinic.com 

In 2023, over 8 million people visited WhatClinic’s search directory to find and compare clinics for treatments. Northallerton Acupuncture Clinic is one of a few hundred clinics listed on the website that met the highest standards qualifying for the award.

I was informed that my clinic achieved a consistently high ServiceScore™, which measures the clinic’s commitment and performance to patient care throughout the whole year.  This Award really means a lot to me as it represents the care and commitment that I provide to all the patients that I see in clinic.

These ratings are particularly helpful to patients and clinics as patients can see which clinics have been rated well by other users, and clinics can evaluate their own performance against others in their market and be motivated to improve their patient services, which is ultimately good for everybody.
