Meet the Acupuncturist

Sranya Barkwill – PGDip Ac, MBAcC

“I have always had a keen interest in acupuncture and the holistic approach to treatment. I pursued my goal of studying Traditional Chinese Medicine after having acupuncture treatment myself and feeling the benefits firsthand. I fully believe the Chinese medical approach to healthcare can greatly improve the quality of life for many patients”.

Sranya is an experienced Acupuncturist and has been in practice for over 10 years.  Sranya completed a three-year degree course, studying at Masters level at the highly respected Northern College of Acupuncture based in York (a course fully validated by the University of Central Lancashire), and currently holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Acupuncture. Sranya has also been a member of the pulse diagnosis teaching team at the Northern College of Acupuncture and has worked within the NHS for over two years on the Cancer Care Ward at The Friarage Hospital in Northallerton.
